1)Digital Signature and Director’s identification number – firstly DIN (Director Identification Number) and DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) will be applied
2) Name registration of the company provided the name should not be identical to existing entities or considered undesirable by law. In the case of a foreign subsidiary, it is permissible to use the same name as that of the parent company with the addition of the word “India” to it.
3) Signing of MOA (memorandum of association) and AOA (Article of Association) – Memorandum and Article of Association is drafted and duly signed by all members of the company.
4) Applying for Incorporation in ROC. – It requires the filing of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company along with various other documents duly executed by the proposed directors and shareholders.
5) Getting incorporation certificate: the ministry will check all the submitted documents and issue the incorporation certificate of the company along with the PAN and TAN number.
