Who needs ESI ? and Why?
Employee state insurance (ESI) is a scheme started for Indian workers. The workers are provided with the medical and variety of monetary benefits by the employer. Any company having more than 10 employees and whose wages are more than 15000/- per month have to mandatorily register with ESIC ( Employee State Insurance Corporation).
