What is the requirement of WEB KYC?

Web DIR-3-KYC  is to be used by the DIN holder who has submitted the DIR-3 KYC e-form in the previous financial year and does not require any updates in his/her details.

e-form KYC is required to be done if the directors address, phone number, email address is changed.

Web KYC : Web KYC is done when there is no change in directors contact details, residential address, etc.

DIR 3 KYC is a new and compulsory to be provided concept introduced by the govt in which all the directors’re supposed to give their latest address proof and contact details. 

DIR 3 KYC is required to do by every director every year. to do this there are 2 processes.
