Procedure to get Shops and Establishments Registration done Firstly you need to apply for trade license by filling application form online/offline, and then you will get an acknowledgement letter which you need to submit back to the Labour department. After submission an inspection will be made at the place of business by Government authority, here the authority decides the Government fees based on the number of employees you have.
